Do I need an appointment?Yes. We recommend booking an appointment so we can give you dedicated time to assess your garment, discuss your needs, and make sure the fitting is done properly.
How far before my event should I book?For standard alterations, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks before your event. For bridal, formal gowns, or more complex alterations, we recommend allowing 4–6 weeks or more where possible.
Do you offer everyday clothing alterations?Yes. We alter a wide range of everyday clothing, including office wear, pants, skirts, dresses, tops, and other garments. Whether you need hemming, resizing, repairs, or fit adjustments, we can help make your clothing fit more comfortably and look its best.
Everyday clothes alterations takes 3-7 business days.
Urgent fees apply for a 1 day turnaround.
Do you alter dresses purchased elsewhere?Yes. You are welcome to bring in dresses and garments purchased from other designers, boutiques, department stores, or online retailers.
What should I bring to my fitting?Please bring the garment you would like altered, along with any undergarments, shapewear, accessories, or other items that may affect the fit.
